We aim to collect, use and disclose only such information as is required to enable us to manage your account, to provide the Services, to maintain our customer/visitor lists, to respond to your inquiries or provide feedback, for identification and authentication purposes and for service improvement. When you use our Services, we collect some personal information from you including, your third party platform user name when you sign in through a third party service provider, your name, and any information you offer to provide, as well as information when the Service fails. Joining the Project In Kind Platform: In order to use this Service, you must provide certain Personal Information to us such as your full name, company name, address, email address and billing information. We use this information to enroll you in the Service, verify the information you have provided, provide you with the Services, for billing purposes and as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

Account Profile: Your profile information including your full name, company name, job description, address, biographical information and any photos you upload will be publicly available and may also be shared by us through social media and other channels.

Children’s Information
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you should not provide us with your personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under the age of 16 has provided personal information, then you may alert us as set forth in the “Contact Us” section below and request that we delete that child’s personal information from our systems. We ask that all parents take the necessary precautions to ensure that their children are instructed to never give out personal information when online.

This Privacy Policy is current as of the “updated” date which appears at the top of this page. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
